Ingredients
- Scarlet strawberries
1 pint - raspberries
1 pint - castor sugar
Method
- Bruise the strawberries and raspberries.
- Pass them through a hair sieve.
- Mix them with the sugar and orange-flower water.
- Boil up the cream and stir it till it is cold.
- Beat the fruit pulp and the cold cream together.
- Stir them till they are well-mixed.
- Put the fool into glasses or pile in bowls
