Ingredients
- Sweet almonds 2 oz.
- castor sugar 2 oz.
- rose water<
Method
- Blanch and pound the almonds using some rose water to prevent them oiling.
- Add the sugar.
- Whisk the whites of the egg very stiffly (quite dry) and blend all together.
- Beat well and drop on rice paper as before.
- Grate sugar over them and bake in very moderate oven.
