Method

  1. Line a dish with fine pastry.
  2. Put in the artichoke bottoms, with a little finely minced onion and some finely minced sweet herbs.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Add some butter in tiny pieces.
  5. Cover with pastry and bake in a quick oven.
