  • Picked shrimps 2 quarts
  • mace ¼ oz.
  • nutmeg

Method

  1. Season the shrimps well with the spice and salt.
  2. Put into baking dish.
  3. Add the butter cut up.
  4. Put in a cool oven for 10 to 15 minutes according to the heat of the oven.
  5. Take them out and put into a colander to drain off the butter into a basin.
