  • Flour ½ lb.
  • butter 1 oz.
  • baking powder


  1. Rub butter well into flour.
  2. Mix in baking powder and salt.
  3. Make into firm dough with cream and cold water.
  4. Roll out very thin.
  5. Prick all over.
  6. Bake in a good oven.
