Ingredients

  • Jordan almonds ½ lb.
  • salad-oil 2 dessertspoonfuls
  • 2

Method

  1. Blanch the almonds.
  2. Dry them.
  3. Mix them in a basin with the salad-oil and salt.
  4. Turn out on to a baking tin.
  5. Bake in a very slow oven till a pale straw colour and quite crisp.
