  • Squares of buttered toast
  • bread-crumbs 1 tablespoonful
  • milk 2 tablespoo

Method

  1. Make the milk hot.
  2. Soak the bread-crumbs in it.
  3. Beat the egg and mix with it.
  4. Season highly with made mustard, salt and cayenne.
  5. Stir in the grated cheese.
  6. Spread on the squares of toast.
  7. Place in the oven to brown.
