Ingredients

  • Rice 4 oz.
  • water pints
  • cheese

Method

  1. Boil rice slowly in water till tender.
  2. Drain away any water that is not absorbed and use for something else.
  3. Grate cheese.
  4. Make the milk hot.
  5. Add cheese and butter.
  6. When dissolved add the rice and season highly with cayenne and salt.
  7. Butter a piedish.
  8. Fill with the mixture.
