- Boil rice slowly in water till tender.
- Drain away any water that is not absorbed and use for something else.
- Grate cheese.
- Make the milk hot.
- Add cheese and butter.
- When dissolved add the rice and season highly with cayenne and salt.
- Butter a piedish.
- Fill with the mixture.
