  • Water 1 gallon
  • honey 1 pint
  • loaf sugar

Method

  1. Blend the water, honey and sugar together.
  2. Stir in the whites of 2 eggs beaten to a froth.
  3. Boil it as long as any scum rises.
  4. When lukewarm add the yeast and let it ferment.
  5. Add the peel and juice of a large lemon.
  6. And when it has done working, bottle
