Method

  1. Beat the butter to a cream.
  2. Separate the yolks from the whites of the eggs.
  3. Beat the yolks and add them to the butter.
  4. Then the sugar.
  5. The fruit.
  6. The flour.
  7. Lastly, add the whites well-beaten and sprinkle in the soda.
  8. Beat for 15 minutes.
