Ingredients

  • Butter 2 oz.
  • flour 2 oz.
  • Demerara sugar

Method

  1. Put all together in a pan and boil for 5 minutes, except flavouring.
  2. Add these.
  3. Put on greased and floured tin in strips, a little apart.
  4. Bake in a moderate oven till perforated and a nice colour.
  5. Allow to stand 2 minute
