Ingredients

  • Lump sugar 6 lb.
  • Seville oranges 3 lb.
  • water

Method

  1. Wash the oranges and cut them as thin as possible into short chips keeping out the seeds and hard roots of the division of the oranges in the raw state.
  2. Dissolve the sugar in the water.
  3. Clarify the sugar.
  4. Throw in the orange chips, pulp and juice.
  5. Let it all boil one hour as quick
