  • Water 1 gallon
  • oranges 8
  • sugar 3Β½

Method

  1. Boil the water and sugar together.
  2. Squeeze the juice from the oranges.
  3. Pour the boiling water on to the juice.
  4. When cool (luke-warm) cream the yeast.
  5. Put it on a bit of toast.
  6. Float the toast on the wine to work it.
