Method

  1. Put a layer of sliced potatoes in the bottom of a piedish; then
  2. A layer of sliced apple; and
  3. A layer of sliced onions.
  4. Season with pepper and salt.
  5. Then add a layer of sliced bacon, cut in small fingers.
  6. Repeat till dish is full, having the bacon on top.
