Method

  1. Butter a piedish.
  2. Cover the inside with rich pastry.
  3. Spread a spoonful of raspberry jam over the pastry on the bottom of the dish.
  4. Beat well the yolks and the whites of the eggs together.
  5. Cream the butter.
  6. Add the sugar.
  7. Mix in the almonds.
  8. Blend with the beaten eggs.
