Method

  1. Grease a fireproof plate.
  2. Line it with potato pastry.
  3. Put on it a layer of peeled chopped and cored apples and sugar.
  4. Cover with a layer of pastry.
  5. Then another layer of apples and sugar.
  6. Finally cover with pastry.

Bake in a good oven.
