There are times when you don’t really want a big meal, but prefer to graze on smaller, easy-to-eat items, and these barbecued wings definitely fit the bill. For best results, make your own coleslaw, if you have the time, then you know it is fresh and crunchy.

Mix together all the marinade ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Stir in the chicken wings, making sure they are well coated. Cover with cling film (plastic wrap) and leave to marinate in the fridge for 2-3 hours or ideally overnight.
