  • 6 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp drained capers, finely chopped

Method

Put all the ingredients in a non-metallic bowl and whisk together until well blended, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
