It seems like everybody has a Frito pie story from childhood. Even though the Frito pie comes from Texas (though some New Mexicans disagree), it’s in food courts, school cafeterias, and sports arenas across the country. The Frito pie is messy, over the top, and full of a lot of stuff the doc might not be a fan of, but as far as I’m concerned, ain’t no better way to be.
