AN OLD ITALIAN FAVOURITE - SUCCULENT ROASTED CHICKEN WITH A SALAD OF PLUM TOMATOES, SWEET PEPPERS, FRAGRANT BASIL AND IRRESISTIBLE GARLIC CROUTONS MAKES A MOST SATISFYING MEAL.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, skin on (ideally supremes, with the wing bone attached)
