THE WOW FACTOR OF THIS DISH IS IN THE PRESENTATION - A BIT CHEFFY PERHAPS, BUT SO EASY - ALL YOU NEED IS A PASTRY CUTTER AND A FEW MINUTES. THE FLAVOUR COMBINATION ORIGINATES FROM THE NORTH, WHERE I GREW UP.
