I PLAY AROUND A LOT WITH CLASSIC PUDDINGS AND THIS IS MY VERSION OF AN APPLE CRUMBLE. MAKE IT IN THE AUTUMN WHEN HOME-GROWN APPLES ARE ABUNDANT.
