HERE THE SHARPNESS OF THE RASPBERRIES CUTS THE RICHNESS OF THE WHITE CHOCOLATE PERFECTLY. GRATED ALMONDS ADD A LOVELY FINISHING TOUCH.

Ingredients

  • 140 ml double cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • 175 g <

Method

  1. Put the cream and milk into a small heavy-based saucepan over a medium-low heat until simmering. Place the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl and slowly pour the hot cream mixture over it. Let stand for 2 minutes, then stir until completely melted and smooth.
