Leftover Fish Salad

• Boned fish—whatever you have left over
• Chopped hard-boiled eggs — as many as you like
• Mayonnaise, to taste
• Poupon mustard, to taste
• Louisiana hot sauce

Mix all ingredients and serve as a salad or sandwich spread.
