  • Hard-boiled eggs
  • Dill pickle relish
  • Zatarain creole mustard or poupon
  • Salad dressing or mayonnaise

Method

Mash eggs fine with a fork or food processor. Add sweet relish and dill relish, or use your food processor to chop pickles up fine. Add mustard and stir. Then add mayonnaise, Louisiana hot sauce and salt to taste. Stir to mix well.
