  • Salt
  • Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
  • Dried mint

Method

Sprinkle chops with salt, red cayenne pepper, and mint. Put on top of a broiler pan. Pour wine with Lea & Perrins in bottom of broiler pan. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees, then turn and broil.
