Ingredients

  • Pork ribs
  • Red cayenne pepper
  • Salt
  • Mint
  • ½ cup dry white wine

Method

Salt and pepper pork ribs. Sprinkle crushed mint on ribs. Place on a broiler pan that has holes in the top. Pour wine in bottom of broiler pan. Bake at 325 degrees until ribs separate from meat. Use as many ribs as will cover broiler pan. Turn twice. Ribs will be juicy but not as greasy as usual.
