  • A big fish, boned if possible
  • 1 lb. butter or margarine
  • 2 lemons

Method

Bake in an open pan—a deep one. Place fish in open pan and pat salt and red pepper into it. For lemon butter sauce, heat butter or margarine (do not boil) and add lime juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, and Lea & Perrins and parsley to this. Pour over fish and bake at 325 degrees. Check fish with fork to see if it is done. Should be done in about 20 to 30 minutes.
