Ingredients: 2 TBS. margarine; ½ cup mushrooms, chopped; 1 lime, chopped fine; 4 lbs. crawfish; 3 TBS. soy sauce; 4 cups dry white wine; 4 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce; 1 tsp. onion powder; ¼ tsp. garlic powder; 6 drops Peychaud’s bitters; 1 TBS. salt

Method
