Ingredients

  • Garlic, to taste
  • Onions, to taste
  • ½ to 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • Rice (cooked)

Method

Use your leftover rice with amount of eggs you want. In olive oil, sauté onions and mushrooms in a large frying pan. Add garlic. Beat eggs with soy sauce and pour over onions. Add rice and cook, stirring until eggs are done as you like them.
