This is what I do with leftover onions from my onion burger. And I make a lot of Oklahoma Fried-Onion Burgers (see recipe). In 2021 alone, I made more than fifteen thousand of them at pop-ups all over America, and I plan to make ten times that with the opening of my new restaurant.
