There is no printed recipe for this very locally famous sauce from Central Pennsylvania. However, it is agreed that this sauce is basically a meat-based, spicy, hot chile paste. The recipe is my interpretation of that sauce. It includes hot dogs and requires a blender or food processor. This recipe is definitely not as insanely hot as screamer sauces from PA. If you require more heat, add extra cayenne and hot sauce at your own risk.
