  • 2 cups (240 g) all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting

Method

  1. Make the dough first, leaving enough time for it to rise (1 hour, or until doubled in size). In a large bowl or standing mixer add the flour, salt, and sugar. Stir until combined.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over low heat until warm (120°F/50°C). Don’t let it boil or become too hot because it will kill your yeast!
