  • 1 punnet of strawberries
  • 1 punnet of raspberries
  • 1 punnet of blackberries

Method

Reserve half the fruits from all the punnets for serving (choose the best ones). Place the remaining fruit in a liquidizer or food processor and purée with the sugar and lemon juice to taste. Pass through a sieve.

Chill 4 soup plates. Cut the sponge into 1 cm/
