  • 65 g/ oz plain flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Method

To make the pancake batter, mix the flour, baking powder and eggs in a bowl and add milk, a little at a time, to give a thick pouring consistency. Allow to stand for 1 hour, then add the sweetcorn and season well.
