    Method

    Aurum is not easy to find; Cointreau will yield good results but a slightly different flavor.

    Follow the directions for Semifreddo all’Amaretto, preceding recipe, substituting Aurum or Cointreau for the amaretto. Add the finely grated zest of 1 large orange to the egg mixture before heating it and omit the amaretti crumbs.
