Steak with Oyster Sauce

• oyster sauce
• 3 rump/sirloin steaks, 1 inch/2.5 cm

Make the sauce and keep it hot in a water bath; do not overcook it or the oysters will toughen. Sprinkle the steaks on each side with salt and pepper. Broil them about 4 inches/10 cm from the heat, allowin
