Soufflé Rothschild is enriched with candied fruits macerated in Danziger goldwasser, a liqueur appropriately flecked with gold leaf. The recipe is scattered over several pages of Ma Cuisine. Starting with the soufflé Rothschild ingredients, one must turn back to the mixture for soufflé à la crème, and back yet again to the method of cooking.

To the mixture for soufflé à la crème, add 80 grams of diced candied fruit macerated in a good Danzig
