Iserve with very cold longneck beer.
Cut jalapenos in half, seed them and fill with the Velveeta cheese and spice mixture, then put them back together. Mix one beaten egg into the ground beef, add the onion powder, parsley and tarragon. And mold a small amount of the meat around each pepper. Wrap each burger-pepper with a slice of thick bacon, securing with toothpicks.
