Have plenty of napkins on hand for these drippy, yummy mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ small chopped sweet onion
  • 3 teaspoons

Method

In medium bowl mix all ingredients except mushrooms. Fill each mushroom cap with stuffing, mounding it nicely. Place on grill of barbecue over medium direct heat until mushrooms are lightly browned and cooked soft.
