Ingredients: 4 tablespoons butter, softened; 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese; 3 teaspoons fresh chopped parsley; ½ small chopped sweet onion; 2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped; 16 large mushrooms, stems removed; sea salt to taste; black pepper to taste

Ingredients

2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
½ small chopped sweet onion
3 teaspoons

Method

In medium bowl mix all ingredients except mushrooms. Fill each mushroom cap with stuffing, mounding it nicely. Place on grill of barbecue over medium direct heat until mushrooms are lightly browned and cooked soft.
