Ingredients

  • 12 ounces liverwurst, the cheaper the better
  • 6-8 large finely minced mushroom caps

Method

Mix the first six ingredients together and mash together well, then put in food processor to blend completely. Spread into a medium sized loaf pan and chill for 2-3 hours.

Thoroughly mix the topping ingredients in a blender or food processor. Spoon over chilled meat mixture and spread evenly to cover mix. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper.
