Serve warm with grilled bread which has been rubbed with garlic and then buttered.

Ingredients

  • ½ pound ground beef
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • ¼ cup

Method

Cook ground beef in a cast iron frying pan over medium-high heat for approximately 15 minutes, or until well browned. Add the sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, dry rub and onion, and stir well. Add beans and stir. Cook uncovered in 250°-275° degree smoker for approximately 2 hours<
