Stuffed with shallots, green onions & shitake mushrooms. Serve with dirty rice, and barbecued vegetables.
In a small non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat until hot. Add shallots and mushrooms and cook 4-5 minutes or until tender. Then add green onions and continue cooking and stirring 4-5 minutes or until onions are tender. Remove from heat. Add the salt, pepper, and cognac and cool completely.
