  • 1 cup yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Method

Mix first 10 ingredients well in large bowl, reserve ½ resulting liquid and put in small bowl, pour remainder of the liquid over ribeye steaks in a 10x12 flat Pyrex dish and marinate for 30 minutes, turning the steaks over several times. Poke steaks several times with fork so the marinade gets into the center of the meat.

Put reserved marinade in small saucepan and boil for 10 minutes,
