Ingredients

  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • 2 small pork tenderloins

Method

In medium bowl combine garlic, paprika, chili powder, sugar and pepper and mix well. Set aside.

Massage yellow mustard into entire tenderloin covering every surface. Sprinkle the rub onto the meat. Wrap bacon slices around the meat completely, using several toothpicks to hold bacon in place.

Let loins absorb mustard and herbs, marinating in a covered pan for 2 hrs. In the refrig
