In small bowl mix salt, pepper and paprika and set aside. Heat grill to 500° to 600° degrees.
Trim the meat. Rub with olive oil and then sprinkle with the salt, pepper and paprika rub. Wrap bacon slices around the meat and stick with cloves. Using indirect cooking method place loin on hot grill above water pan to which you’ve added
