  • 1 young suckling pig, 20-25 pounds

Method

Wash pig inside and out and soak it in very cold water with vinegar for a few hours (½ cup vinegar to 1 gallon of water). Weigh pig down and cover completely with vinegar water. This freshens and whitens the meat.
