Mix marinade in large bowl and set aside. Wash and dry bird then place duck in Ziploc bag and add marinade, seal bag and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, take duck out of bag, drain off marinade and reserve, putting it in covered container and either freezing or refrigerating.
