Basting Spray

  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2

Method

Mix Spray ingredients in large bowl and then pour into plastic spray bottle and set aside. Mix herb rub in medium bowl and set aside.

Rinse the turkey in cold water, pat dry, rub with 2 Tbs. Olive or vegetable oil, then massage in herb rub, making sure you get some in cavity, and also work rub under the skin as much as you can. Set aside and let bird dry-marinate for 30 minutes.
