Using a fine brush, clean the mushrooms. Wipe them with paper towels. Remove and discard the stems.
Toss the mushrooms with the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, maple syrup, and walnut oil in large bowl or Ziploc bag until ingredients are evenly mixed and then marinate the mushrooms for 10-15 minutes.
Drain off and discard the marinade.
